A twist on the Spanish New Year's Eve tradition of eating 12 grapes at midnight. After eating the 12 grapes off the top, enjoy the delicious lemon gelatin layer underneath.

Ingredients

Step 1

Combine gelatin and boiling water; mix until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add evaporated milk little by little, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Pour into 8 individual serving glasses; refrigerate for 4 hours or until completely set.

Step 3

Before serving, top each gelatin with 12 grapes.
