Step 1
Heat cream in medium, heavy-duty saucepan over medium heat; bring just to a boil.
Step 2
Reduce heat to low; add Abuelita chocolate.
Step 3
Cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate has completely dissolved and mixture is smooth.
Step 4
Remove from heat; stir in orange peel and liqueur.
Serve warm with fresh fruit, pound cake or Kings Day Mexican sweet bread.
