Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 2

Beat the butter until creamy, then add the NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk, egg, mashed bananas, flour, baking powder, orange zest, NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, and vegetable oil.

Step 3

Pour the batter into cupcake liners, filling each about ¾ full. Bake at 350° F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool.

Step 4

For the frosting, beat the cream cheese until creamy, then add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Place it in a piping bag fitted with a round tip. Decorate the tops of the cupcakes with the frosting and banana chips. Enjoy.

Cooking tip:

You can add a bit of cinnamon to the cupcake batter. You can substitute the banana with orange zest.
