Step 1
Cut 2 slices, about 1/2-inch-thick, off each side of apple. Cut off rounded back of slices so they lay flat. Insert 4 lollipop sticks into bottom of 4 apple slices. Wipe cut surface of slices with a paper towel.
Step 2
Spread dulce de leche over the 4 apple slices. Sprinkle each slice with toppings.
