Step 1
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat; sauté onion until lightly browned.
Step 2
Add garlic and curry powder; cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add tomato sauce, garbanzo beans, lemon juice, bouillon, bell pepper and black pepper.
Step 4
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Serve over basmati or brown rice.
