Step 1
Mix 1/2 cup media crema and ketchup in small bowl; refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Place remaining 1/2 cup media crema in shallow plate; set aside. Combine bread crumbs and bouillon in small bowl. Working with 1 chicken strip at a time, dip in media crema, then dip in bread crumb mixture, coating well on all sides.
Step 3
Pour oil to 1-inch depth in large skillet; heat over medium-high heat. Cook 5 to 6 strips at a time (they should sizzle), turning once during cook time, for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve strips with dipping sauce.
