Make It
Step 1
Blend guajillo chiles, morita chile, garlic, vinegar, water, bouillon, tomato paste, onion salt, pepper and cumin. Pour over wings, mix and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 2
Heat one side of grill to medium heat (350° F to 450° F). Place the wings on the other side of the grill that is not getting direct heat and roast them for 30 minutes. Flip and brush with more sauce; grill for 20 to 30 minutes longer or until cooked through.
Step 3
Over direct heat, roast the pineapple on both sides brushed with MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce; remove from heat and cut the slices in quarters. Serve the wings with pineapple, onion, cilantro and lemons.
Wings can be baked at 350° F for 30 minutes per side.
