Make It
Step 1
Soak soya nuggets in hot water along with ½ tablespoon salt for 30 minutes. Drain and set water aside.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a karahi and add red pepper flakes, onion, bell pepper, banana pepper, ginger and garlic and sauté on medium heat until onions turn brown.
Step 3
Squeeze soya nuggets gently to remove excess water and add to the pan; season with salt and mix well. Stir fry for about 5 mins.
Step 4
In the reserved water add crumbled bouillon, soy sauce, tomato puree and MAGGI chili sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil over high heat. Add to the pan with the soya nuggets and mix. Adjust salt to taste. Lower the heat and cook covered for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 5
Garnish with green onions and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
