Chocolate Banana Cheesecake

Mix butter and Maria cookies together. Line bottom of tart pan with removable bottom with foil; line sides with wax paper. Press cookie mixture onto bottom of pan; refrigerate.

Place cream cheese, whole bananas, Abuelita chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. With the blender running, slowly add the gelatin mixture. Pour filling over cookie base; refrigerate until firm.

Unmold cheesecake; garnish with the banana slices before serving.
