Ingredients

Blend flour, baking powder, oil, 3/4 cup Abuelita granulated chocolate, evaporated milk and egg in a mixer bowl. Put paper liners in cupcake pan. Pour batter into each cup, filling half full. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 2

Beat one package cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup Abuelita granulated chocolate and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until well mixed. Place the frosting in a pastry bag or resealable plastic bag with a corner cut off.

Step 3

Beat remaining package cream cheese, remaining 4 tablespoons powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well mixed. Place frosting in a pastry bag or resealable plastic bag with a corner cut off. Decorate cupcakes with the 2 frostings.
