Step 1

Mix Abuelita chocolate and Media Crema together and melt in double boiler or heavy-duty saucepan.

Step 2

Beat heavy cream until peaks form; gently fold in chocolate mixture and dissolved gelatin.

Step 3

Pour mousse into glasses and refrigerate. Sprinkle with with ABUELITA Granulated Chocolate Powder, if desired.
