Step 1

Place Media Crema, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

For the filling, melt half of the butter in a skillet. Add apples, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and cinnamon; cook for a few minutes and set aside. In a separate skillet, melt the rest of the butter; add oats, walnuts and remaining 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside.

Step 3

Place 3 slices of bread on a serving plate. Cover with some of the cream cheese mixture; add a little apple mixture and a little oat mixture. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Finish by topping with cream cheese mixture and decorate with oat mixture, apples and mint leaves.
