Step 1
Cut tops off bell peppers; remove seeds and ribs.
Step 2
Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 3 minutes or just until tender. Place in baking dish. Microwave rice bake for half the time noted on package directions; stir.
Step 3
Fill peppers with rice bake.
Step 4
Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes.
