Step 1
Line large tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Place marshmallows, dulce de leche and butter in large, heavy-duty saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, for 5 to 8 minutes or until smooth. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Stir in cereal and salt until completely coated. Spray a large bowl with cooking spray; transfer mixture to bowl. Cool for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Spray small ice cream scoop (about 2 tablespoons in volume) with cooking spray; scoop mixture and drop onto prepared tray. With greased hands, roll each cluster into a ball and then form into a football shape. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Step 5
Pipe frosting/icing onto footballs to make laces. Best served same day.
