Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Step 2
Prepare macaroni & cheese according to microwave package directions, cooking a total of 10 minutes (it will not be completely warm).
Step 3
Spoon macaroni & cheese into large bowl; stir in chicken and chiles. Spoon mixture into ten 6-ounce ramekins. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over each ramekin.
Step 4
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs are toasted and cheese is bubbling.
Divide macaroni & cheese between different bowls; stir different ingredients (like tuna, diced ham, green beans or roasted red pepper) into each bowl.
