Make It
Step 1
Place bouillon, paprika, pepper and evaporated milk in a large container; mix well. Add chicken pieces; marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Step 2
Remove chicken pieces one by one, letting excess marinade drain. Coat chicken pieces with flour until a good coating is formed.
Step 3
Heat oil in a deep pot. With the help of a colander, lower chicken pieces into hot oil and fry for 15 minutes or until the chicken is golden and floats in the oil. Be sure to monitor the oil temperature. It should cook and brown the chicken evenly without burning it on the outside. When done, place on paper towels to drain. Serve immediately.
