Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 2
Cook bacon in a skillet over low heat crispy. Remove to a plate lined with paper towels; reserve bacon fat in skillet. When the bacon is cool enough to handle, crumble into pieces.
Step 3
Increase heat to medium; add onion to skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until soft and translucent.
Step 4
Add the ground beef and stir to crumble. Add beef bouillon; stir and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer beef mixture to another plate lined with paper towels to drain.
Step 5
Combine crumbled bacon, cooked ground beef, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Step 6
Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof skillet or baking dish; cover with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Step 7
Top dip with pickles, tomato and lettuce and serve hot.
