Step 1
Heat NESTLÉ CARNATION evaporated milk, lowfat milk and Abuelita chocolate in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir slowly until chocolate is dissolved.
Step 2
Stir in hazelnut spread. Remove from heat; stir in Coffee mate Hazelnut Flavor Liquid.
Step 3
Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts.
