Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place 1 cup evaporated milk, 3 eggs, oil, pancake flour, Abuelita granulated chocolate and baking powder in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Flour a round mold and pour dulce de leche into the bottom. Gently add the batter.
Step 2
Blend 6 eggs, can of evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese and vanilla extract together. Using a spoon, carefully spoon flan mixture over cake batter. Cover with foil.
Step 3
Place mold into a baking pan filled with warm water. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. Remove from oven; refrigerate until cool and unmold. Decorate with chopped walnuts.
