Step 1
Mix Marias Gamesa® Cookies crumbs and butter in a small bowl; divide mixture and press firmly into bottom of cups.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese in a small mixer bowl until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and lime peel; beat until completely combined. Spoon evenly into 8 dessert cups. Cover cups with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
