NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
Make It
Step 1
Blend LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk and evaporated milk. While blending, slowly add the lemon juice little by little.
Step 2
In a 8- or 9-inch-square baking dish, place a layer of Marias Gamesa® Cookies. Top with a layer of lemon mixture. Repeat layers with remaining Marias Gamesa® Cookies and lemon mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Step 3
Decorate with lemon slices, chopped Marias Gamesa® Cookies, mint leaves and grated lemon peel before serving.
Try adding diced mango or strawberries between each layer.
