Step 1
Bring the water to a boil; dissolve the MAGGI® Vegetable Bouillon in the water.
Step 2
Add mushrooms and onion and boil for a few minutes. Once the mushrooms are hydrated, remove 1 cup of the liquid. Add miso to the removed liquid; stir to dissolve.
Step 3
Add tofu and chives; bring it back to a boil and remove from heat. Add seaweed and miso mixture; serve immediately.
Remember to consume adequate portions of fruits and vegetables in order to have a more balanced diet.
