Step 1
Place mushrooms, media crema and water in a large container. Let sit for a few minutes to rehydrate the mushrooms.
Step 2
Remove about ¼ cup liquid from mushrooms and dissolve the cornstarch. Heat oil in a saucepan; cook onion and garlic, stirring frequently. Once the onion is translucent, add mushrooms and liquid.
Step 3
Immediately stir in cornstarch mixture. Once hot, stir in bouillon until dissolved. Cook over medium heat until sauce thicken. Season with pepper.
