Make It
Step 1
Cut pan de muerto breads in half horizontally and set aside.
Step 2
Melt butter and Carlos V Chocolate in a double-boiler and mix until completely smooth. Pour mixture into a piping bag and cool for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Pipe chocolate mixture onto the bottom bread halves; top with the top halves and serve.
