Step 1
Place the slice of ginger in a glass; pour in lemon juice. Crush everything with a pestle or wooden spoon. Then pour in cardamom syrup and PERRIER®. Leave to rest for a few moments.
Step 2
Use a zester to cut a long slice of cucumber which will be used for decoration.
Step 3
Prepare the cocktail decoration: hold the slice of cucumber on one side, then place an ice cube in the glass. Fold the slice of cucumber then add a new ice cube. Keep folding the slice until the glass is full. Then pour the PERRIER® mixture over the ice cubes.
