Step 1
Crush the fresh ginger in a glass using a pestle or wooden spoon.
Step 2
Add sugar syrup, lime juice, black tea and chilled PERRIER®. Mix well using the bar spoon.
Step 3
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with a thin slice of fresh cucumber.
