Make It
Step 1
Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces. Place the kiwi, apple and ginger in a separate glass. Crush them well using a pestle or wooden spoon.
Step 2
When fruits is well crushed, add the chilled PERRIER® and mix with a long spoon. Strain the cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice.
Step 3
Garnish with red apple in the glass and on the edge of the glass.
