Step 1
Prepare the radish infusion: Cut radishes very thinly then let it infuse with the black tea in a bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Prepare the pear syrup: Cut the pear into thin slices. Place the pear, water and sugar in a bowl in the refrigerator. Leave to infuse overnight then filter.
Step 3
Mix 3 tablespoons radish infusion, 2 tablespoons pear syrup and PERRIER® in a shaker.
Step 4
Serve the mocktail over ice!
