Ingredients

Step 1

In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder.

Step 2

In another bowl, combine pumpkin, NIDO® milk, egg, sugar and salt.

Step 3

Add the dry ingredients to the bowl containing the wet ingredients and combine.

Step 4

In a skillet over medium heat, pour ¼ cup of the mixture and cook until bubbles form. Turn and cook until golden brown on the other side.

Step 5

Can be packed in a school lunch box.
