Ingredients

Step 1

Microwave water and quinoa in medium, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 5 minutes; stir. Microwave for an additional 6 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.

Step 2

Remove from microwave; cover for a few minutes.

Step 3

Fluff with a fork. Stir in Coffee mate natural bliss Creamer. Divide between 2 bowls. Slice banana; top quinoa with banana and berries.
