Step 1
Mix NESCAFÉ and sugar, to taste, with hot water (the coffee should be sweet enough to balance the saltiness of the cream that will be added), then cool the coffee using ice. In a separate bowl combine the salt and cream and whip until slightly thickened and no large bubbles remain. Add ice to your serving glasses then pour the caramel syrup, to taste, into each along with your prepared NESCAFÉ. Finally, spoon salted cream on top of each drink, to your liking.
Step 2
Serve salted coffee and stir in the cream as preferred.
