Step 1
CONVENTIONAL OVEN INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove lid. Bend lid slightly in middle along short edges so that the ridge runs the length of the tray and is elevated 1 inch. Keep for use during second part of cooking.
Place tray on baking sheet on center rack of preheated oven.
Bake without lid for 35 minutes.*
Carefully remove tray from oven. Carefully rest 1-inch tented lid on tray, so it is elevated over lasagna.
Bake on baking sheet for an additional 65 minutes.*
Carefully remove tray from oven and remove lid. Let stand 15 minutes to complete cooking and for optimal serving.
