Make It
Step 1
Place a turkey breast on a flat surface; cover with plastic wrap. Using a kitchen mallet, tap lightly from the center to the edges to stretch the breast. Repeat with the other turkey breast; set aside.
Step 2
Combine olive oil, onion powder, coriander, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, sugar and pepper in a bowl. Spread mixture on both sides of the turkey breasts; let rest for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 475° F.
Step 4
Place dried fruit, garlic, onion, water, white rum, and 1 teaspoon bouillon in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until boiling.
Step 5
Place one turkey breast in a baking dish; add half of the filling and roll until firm. Repeat with the other breast.
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
Step 7
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; whisk in the flour until smooth.
Step 8
Add the bouillon dissolved in water; cook, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Step 9
Slice turkey breasts; serve with sauce.
