Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan; add garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken and beans and cook, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add 5 ½ cups water; bring the mixture to a boil. Add corn and bouillon; cook until chicken is cooked.
Step 3
Mix corn flour in remaining ½ cup water; add to soup. Add green onions; stir until the soup thickens a little.
Step 4
Whisk egg in a small bowl; when the soup starts to boil, slowly add the whisked egg. Add vinegar and pepper to taste. Cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.
