Step 1

In a pan, melt the butter and fry the onion until it changes color slightly.

Step 2

Blend the onion mixture with the sweet potato, bouillon, NESTLÉ® Media Crema, evaporated milk, water and nutmeg; heat for 5 minutes over low heat or until slightly thickened.

Step 3

Serve garnished with NESTLÉ® Media Crema, chopped chives and fried sweet potato chips, if desired.
