Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Cut corn tortillas into strips; toss in a bowl with oil, salt and paprika. Spread out on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Season turkey breast with bouillon and cumin; cook in a skillet over medium heat for 7 minutes per side. Let cool and cut into thin strips.
Step 3
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, chili powder and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
