Make It
Step 1
Beat cream cheese, 1 teaspoon Abuelita granulated chocolate and 1/2 tablespoon coffee granules. Place mixture in a resealable bag; set aside.
Step 2
Mix remaining 1/2 tablespoon coffee granules in water; soak ladyfingers in the mixture for a couple minutes.
Step 3
Cut small tip off end of bag with cream cheese mixture. Pipe a small amount of mixture onto bottom of 2 dessert glasses. Place 2 ladyfingers in each of the glasses; pipe a little more mixture over the top. Top with remaining ladyfingers and cover completely with remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle each with remaining teaspoon Abuelita granulated chocolate powder; garnish with a raspberry.
