Step 1
Mix the NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, egg, vanilla extract, melted butter and pancake mix.
Step 2
Heat a skillet, add a few sprays of cooking spray, and use a ladle to pour some of the batter to form pancakes. Cook on both sides and repeat with the remaining batter.
Step 3
Mix the water with NESCAFÉ® CLÁSICO® 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules.
Step 4
For the frosting, whip the cream, cheese and ½ cup NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk until they double in size.
Step 5
Moisten the pancakes with the coffee mixture. On a plate, place one pancake, add a layer of frosting, another pancake, and another layer of frosting. Garnish with NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk Squeeze and cocoa powder. Enjoy.
The mascarpone cheese should be at room temperature to avoid lumps in the frosting. You can substitute mascarpone cheese with cream cheese.
