Step 1
Add caramel to the 8" Easy Release Skillet, making sure it covers the entire surface. Turn on stove and heat over low temperature for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place all flan ingredients in the Power Blender and process 25 seconds at low speed.
Step 3
Pour flan mix into Skillet and cover. Cook at low temperature 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 4
Let rest for 2 minutes. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
Step 5
Unmold and serve with pineapple and whipped cream.
